My name is Oliver Macnaughton and I am a freelance journalist. I graduated from City University in 2022 with an MA in Television Journalism. Before that, I finished a degree in Philosophy at King’s College London.

I created Inside the Projector in 2020 to document and review many of the films I love (and don’t love) as a means of sharing my passion for cinema. I’ve had experience working at The Guardian CNN, and Tatler where I’ve written on film, art, entrepreneurs, and even the vast expanse of space. I’ve also included links to my published pieces here too!
